All On a Summer’s Day

The weather couldn’t be better this past week. Normally my Daffodils aren’t out this early, but the warm weather has tempted them. Daffodils might be the best part of spring!

Can’t wait to get into the garden, we have a lot of work to do on our yard. But I’m loving the flowers:

And a new illustration :)

The cake I made for my husbands birthday yesterday :)

I know… kinda kiddish, but I am proud to say it doesn’t look like it was *made* by a kid!

I don’t do cakes very often, and frosting isn’t really my medium :) but I did have fun with this one! Here it is before the candles went on:

Local News

And here’s the process:

I’ve never met her before, and I only had one photo to go off of, but they were really excited about it. I hope you enjoyed seeing it!

Fashion illustration always seems to have “intention” to me. So, this is my entry for IF this week.
